At Prideearthdesign, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return & Exchange

For any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@prideearthdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

We offer returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  1. Significantly Different from Description: If the item you received is significantly different from the description or sample provided to you, such as having poor printing quality, being misplaced, distorted, faded, or featuring unclear patterns.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products: If the item is damaged or defective due to our factory's fault or during transit by the carrier.

  3. Incorrect Order or Size/Color: If you received the wrong item or if there is an error in size or color compared to your original order.

  4. Lost Package: If your package is lost during transit or if you encounter other errors caused by our production/system/carrier.

To process your request, please provide the following information to our Customer Service Team at support@prideearthdesign.com:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product along with the shipping label (mandatory)

Ensure that the items are photographed on a flat surface, displaying the tag and error clearly. If the error relates to print size or placement, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.

Upon verification, we will send you a replacement at no cost, and there's no need to return the defective items. The time it takes to receive your replacement item will be the same as the time it takes to ship new products.

Shipping for Returns

If we request the return of an item, please follow these instructions:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping, handling, taxes, and any additional service costs are nonrefundable.

Ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Unqualified returns will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

If you choose to return your order without prior contact with our Customer Service Team and it does not meet all our requirements, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further guidance.

Refund

  1. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement if your order meets any of the following criteria:
  • Your order is eligible for cancellation as per our Cancellation policy.
  • You did not receive your product within 30 business days from the order date.
  • Printed products are unclear, blurred, or defective.
  • The product received does not match your order in terms of size or color.
  • The item has been affected by errors in our production/system/carrier, such as being lost in transit, etc.

To initiate a refund or request a replacement, contact our Customer Service Team at support@prideearthdesign.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product along with the shipping label (mandatory)

Our Customer Service Team will review and process your case, providing further assistance as deemed appropriate. If we request the return of an item, we will issue a qualified refund or replacement upon receiving the returned item.

  1. After a thorough review of your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, we will process the refund within 07 business days of confirmation. Our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm the details with the order via email. The refund will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method. The timeframe for receiving the credit depends on your card issuer's policies. If you have any questions regarding a refund, please contact us at support@prideearthdesign.com for assistance before filing a claim with your bank.

  2. We DO NOT Accept Returns or Process Refunds If:

  • The item(s) were printed as ordered, but you "changed your mind." Please note that we print on demand and, therefore, cannot accept returns for this reason.
  • The return request is not viewed and approved by our team before you send the item(s) back.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way or do not have the original tags, or they have been worn or washed.
  • Refunds or returns are requested due to customer errors, such as incorrect size, design, color, or an invalid shipping address. Please review your order carefully before checking out to ensure accuracy.
  • The item(s) were purchased during a promotion or used a discount code.
  • Your order does not arrive at your shipping address within 30 business days from the order placement date. Please note that claims regarding late deliveries filed after 60 business days from the initial order placement date will be rejected. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.

PRIDEEARTHDESIGN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY CASE THAT DOES NOT MEET ANY OF THE ABOVE-STATED REQUIREMENTS.
